Each one is written as a short story: where the space was struggling, what we changed, and why the result holds up after the punch list closes.
Selected projects. More are being documented this season.

Problem. The home had real square footage to work with, but the dated kitchen was dragging down the perceived value of the entire main level.
Solution. We redesigned the layout flow, upgraded cabinetry, surfaces, lighting, and visual consistency across the space.
Result. The kitchen now feels aligned with the rest of the property and dramatically stronger in both daily use and resale presentation.
Problem. The bathroom felt cramped, dated, and visually disconnected from the rest of the home update.
Solution. We introduced a walk-in shower, stronger material pairing, refined lighting, and a cleaner finish strategy.
Result. The new bathroom reads brighter, more considered, and more functional for daily use.

Problem. The property needed cohesive upgrades before listing, but the owner wanted strategic improvements instead of random spending.
Solution. We aligned flooring, paint, kitchen finishes, and bathrooms into one cohesive renovation plan.
Result. The home presented as cleaner, more current, and more competitive in its market range.
We are working with a Central Florida photographer to bring recent kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor builds to the site over the coming weeks. If you would like to see work close to your neighborhood before it goes public, ask during your consultation and we will share what is relevant.
